what is it? Did you make it?
It is the Kazakhstanian coat of arms (link).
I love svg files as you probably already know, so I just opened it up in Inkscape and changed the text.
I think it is a pretty awesome graphic.
Oh yeah it is definitely an awesome graphic. I don't know why I didn't just look it up... (LAZY AND FORGOTFUL)
